Meet the Builder

• Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you about my company. ProCraft Builders is an established residential and commercial company that specializes in new construction, additions and remodels.
  
  
• My name is James Zanatta, the President and founder of ProCraft Builders, based out of Spring Hill Florida. I have lived in Spring Hill for more than 30 years and serving in the community in which I grew up in is very important to me. My company is built on good morals, honest, trust and fostered on the foundation of integrity, hard work, listening to the needs of our clients, and the passion for helping others turn their vision into reality.
  
  
• I am a serving member of the Nature Coast Builders Association, which is affiliated with both the Florida Home Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders. I received the award for Remodeler of the Year for 2017, 2018, and 2019, an honor that has recognized my hard work throughout the years, which I bring to the new construction industry.
